Cameal Davis

Blessed with a beautiful voice and an enchantingly positive spirit, Cameal Davis is an ideal role model for young people as well as the young at heart. A multi talented songstress, Cameal became a household name throughout Jamaica on October 3, 2008 as the first female to win Digicel Rising Stars, the island’s popular TV talent competition aired on TVJ (Television Jamaica).

Having worked on numerous projects for others, Cameal now feels that it is ‘her time’ to work on the projects that she is passionate about. Despite being pursued by numerous record labels and management companies, Cameal wanted to go in a different direction with her career. As such she decided to retain and align herself with The Worldwide Reggae Embassy, where she is able to have more of a say in the vision and path her career takes.

She is currently working with producers from the US and the UK on her debut album, ‘My Time.’ In addition to working on her album, Cameal also has a TV show in the pipeline, she has begun co-writing a book about her life with two executives from The Worldwide Authors Embassy and she has also been endorsed as the spokesperson for a humanitarian organization.

With all these projects and more to come, Cameal is definitely poised to be the next international break-out superstar.
